1. About Amilio

Amilio is a digital studio operated by Roberto Mettifogo (VAT IT12458810014), Torino, Italy. These Terms govern the use of this website and the purchase of services and digital products offered through it.

By using this website or purchasing any product or service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Amilio offers the following:

3. Landing page service

When you submit the contact form, you are requesting a free preview — this does not constitute a binding contract or payment obligation. A contract is formed only when you explicitly confirm your intention to proceed after reviewing the preview, and when we confirm acceptance of your project in writing.

Delivery timelines (typically 48–72 hours for the preview) are estimates and not guaranteed. Revisions are included as specified per service tier. Additional revision rounds may be quoted separately.

Hosting included in the service is provided for one year from the date of publication. Renewal terms will be communicated separately.

4. Digital products

Digital products (PDF guides, templates, software) are sold through Gumroad and Etsy. Purchases on those platforms are governed by their respective terms of service. Amilio's refund policy for digital products follows the platform standard: refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, provided the product has not been substantially used.

All digital products are for personal or single-business use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of purchased materials without written authorisation is prohibited.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, design, code, and images — is the property of Roberto Mettifogo / Amilio. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Upon full payment for a landing page, the client receives a licence to use the delivered page for their business. Ownership of the underlying code remains with Amilio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of liability

Amilio provides services and products in good faith, but offers no warranties as to the commercial results achieved through the use of our services. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from the use of our services or digital products.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or from our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Torino, Italy.

8. Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
